A crowd funded and managed hotel group. Where you (the member) decide on everything from room rates & marketing plans, to staff recruitment & hotel development. You have varying amounts of influence, depending on your level of membership. For your troubles, we give 75% of the profits, back to the members! While, 12.5% goes to conservation projects and 12.5% goes to the team.

A global community with global experiences, will add great value to the project. So many people, so many worlds and networks. All part of one global community, all helping to build this new hotel group.

We are a TAX exempt company – Know any other pro profit company that is tax exempt? You, local people and the environment all profit more from our TAX exempt status.
